Privacy Policy

Who we are
Euno is an app for viewing and managing the accounts you connect, starting with YouTube. This policy explains what information Euno collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Euno is operated at noweuno.com. To ask a privacy question or make a request, email us.
Information you give us
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign up with a password, Supabase stores it as a hash. We cannot read your original password. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft, we receive the identity those services share with us, which can include your name, email address, and an account identifier from that service.
If you add a profile photo, you choose an image from your photo library. We store that image so it can appear on your account. Euno does not use the camera or microphone.
If you send feedback or report a problem, we receive the message you write, the topic you select, your account email, and basic device details needed to understand the report, such as whether you are using iOS or Android and the operating system version. We email that report to Euno support so we can reply.
Connected accounts
If you connect YouTube, you sign in with Google and grant Euno permission to view and manage that YouTube account, and to read YouTube Analytics, including revenue when your channel has it. Google shows you those permissions before you approve them.
After you connect, we store the channel name, handle, picture, subscriber count, and the summaries the app displays. We also store the access and refresh tokens Google issues so Euno can keep the connection signed in and load fresh stats when you open the app. Actions you take in Euno on that account, such as a comment reply, are sent to YouTube.
You can disconnect a channel in Euno. You can also remove Euno's access from your Google account.
Information stored on your device
Euno stores a few things on your device so the app can work between sessions: your sign-in session, your theme, which in-app tips you have already seen, and a local copy of your YouTube connection. That local copy includes the tokens needed to load the channel.
Euno does not request your location, contacts, or tracking permission, and it does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Information collected automatically
When you use Euno, our service providers may receive your IP address, the time of the request, and basic device and app information. We use that to operate sign-in, keep the service secure, and prevent abuse. We do not use it to advertise to you.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, show the accounts and stats you connect, carry out the actions you take, remember your preferences, reply to feedback, and fix bugs.
The free plan includes up to 3 connected accounts. A paid subscription removes that limit. We use how many accounts you have connected, and whether you have a paid subscription, to apply it. If you subscribe on iPhone, Apple processes the payment. We store the subscription status Apple reports, including the product, expiry, and whether it was revoked. We do not receive or store your full card number.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We do not use YouTube data to advertise to you or to build advertising profiles.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that host and operate Euno. Supabase stores accounts, profile photos, connected-account records, and support messages. Apple, Google, and Microsoft process sign-in. Google also processes YouTube data when you connect a channel or when Euno requests data or sends an action you chose. If you subscribe on an iPhone, Apple processes that purchase. Resend delivers account and support email.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect Euno, our users, or someone else from harm, fraud, or abuse.
YouTube API Services
YouTube features in Euno use YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy policy describes how Google handles that information. If you disconnect a channel or delete your Euno account, we delete the YouTube data and tokens we stored for that connection.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account exists. Connected-account information is kept while that account stays connected. If you disconnect a channel, we delete that connection and its tokens. If you delete your Euno account in Settings, we delete the account and the data associated with it, then sign you out.
We keep support messages until the request is resolved, and for a short time afterward in case the same issue returns. Copies of deleted information can remain in backups for a short time before those backups are replaced. We may keep information longer when the law requires it, such as a record of a purchase.
Your choices
You can update your name, email, password, and profile photo in Settings. You can deny photo library access; Euno then cannot set a profile photo from your library. You can disconnect YouTube, revoke Euno in your Google account, or delete your Euno account.
You can email us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Depending on where you live, including in the EEA, the UK, and California, you may have additional rights, such as the right to object or to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Euno is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We limit access to personal information and use service providers that encrypt it in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide a clearer notice in the app or by email when we can.
