Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Euno for the Euno app and related services. By tapping Continue, or Continue with Apple, Google, or Microsoft, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app. These terms add to that license. If they conflict on a point about Apple's software license, Apple's license controls.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Euno.
Who can use Euno
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Euno only with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
The service
Euno lets you sign in, connect accounts you control, and view performance information for those accounts. YouTube is the connected service available today. Stats, charts, and revenue figures come from the connected service. They can be delayed, incomplete, or revised by that service, and Euno does not guarantee that they are error-free.
We may add, change, or remove features. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or reasons outside our control.
Connected accounts
You may connect only accounts you are allowed to use. When you connect YouTube, you authorize Euno to access that account with the permissions Google shows you, including managing the YouTube account and reading analytics and revenue.
YouTube features use YouTube API Services and are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect a channel in Euno or revoke access in your Google account. Disconnecting stops future access. It does not delete content already published on YouTube.
Acceptable use
Use Euno only for lawful purposes and only for accounts you are authorized to access. Do not try to break, probe, or disrupt the service, access another person's account, scrape the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows that.
Do not use Euno to send unlawful, infringing, or abusive content to a connected service. Content you post through Euno, such as a comment reply, is also governed by that service's rules.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk for other people, or is required to be closed by law.
Your content
You keep the rights to the name, photo, and other material you submit to Euno, and to the content on accounts you connect. You give Euno permission to host, display, and process that material only as needed to operate the service for you.
You are responsible for the material you submit and for the actions you take on a connected account.
Euno's rights
Euno and its licensors own the app, its design, and its branding. These terms do not give you any ownership in Euno. You receive a personal, limited, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
Subscription
You can connect up to 3 accounts for free. Connecting more than 3 requires a paid subscription at $1.99 USD per month or $19.99 USD per year for unlimited accounts. Before you confirm, the checkout shows the billing period and the price in your local currency, including applicable tax.
Euno Plus is purchased through Apple on iPhone. Apple charges your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your full card number. Cancel and request a refund in your Apple ID subscription settings. Except where the law requires a refund, Apple handles the charge and any refund.
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you cancel, you keep the accounts you already paid for until that period ends. When the subscription ends, the limit returns to 3 connected accounts, and you choose which extra accounts to disconnect. If a renewal payment fails and the subscription lapses, the same limit applies.
While a subscription stays active, the price you started at for that billing period does not change. A later price does not replace it. Switching between monthly and yearly starts that period at the price offered then. If the subscription ends and you subscribe again, the price is the one offered at that time. Deleting your Euno account does not cancel the App Store subscription. Restore a purchase from the same Apple ID that bought it.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information. It is part of these terms.
Disclaimers
Euno is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that analytics from a connected service will be accurate, or that the service will meet your business or financial decisions.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Euno is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or business, even if we were advised of the possibility.
If we are liable, our total liability for a claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Euno for the service in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You may stop using Euno at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes the account and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy, then signs you out.
We may stop providing Euno, or suspend access, if we reasonably believe these terms were violated, if we need to protect the service, or if we discontinue the product. Sections that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability, still apply after the terms end.
Changes and other terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using Euno after the update, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using Euno and delete your account.
If a court holds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Euno about the service. They are governed by the laws that apply to Euno, except that mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
